Letting your employees have an occasional day off for mental health reasons will actually increase your productivity much more than having them work a full day would.

Employees aren’t the only components of your workplace that contribute to productivity. The technology you use also greatly affects productivity levels. You should keep your technology up to date and regularly checked by IT. IT professionals can help you install antivirus software and firewalls, which help you stay safe from IT bugs. IT bugs can bring entire departments of your business to a halt.

Increase Motivation

If employees don’t feel that they are being compensated enough for their work, they won’t feel the need to work as hard. You can increase and maintain productivity by increasing motivation, especially through monetary bonuses. When employees have something very tangible to look forward to, they will be more willing to work for that reward.
