In this video Heather talks to use about a range of topics stretching from her recent work with ROCeteer and her belief in the process of ‘finding your inner unicorn’. Heather believes that everyone is an expert at something – the challenge being finding that ‘thing’ and then using it as means to make further progress in your life.

Further to that Heather expands on her experience as one of the early employees of Evernote and their challenges they faced in taking their product to market, as well as the means by which they measured success.
